Return & Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange your items.

Currently, the return or exchange policy is exclusively valid within Ontario, Canada.

Returns

We have a 7-day return policy which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be aware that as part of our return policy, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping charges.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.

Please note that the exchange can only made for the same product. If you wish to get another product please make a separate purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether your refund request was approved. You’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days if approved. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:

  • Loose Gemstones
  • Products on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom products

Damages and issues

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect the products for any defects or damages. If you happen to come across any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please do not hesitate to reach out to us immediately. We will promptly address the issue and provide a suitable solution.
